Terms & Conditions
- To make a booking on this site you must be at least 18 years of age.
- Check in is from 13.00hrs - Check out is 12.00 hrs
- Due to the high demand for rooms - Pre-paid Bookings are only accepted - no exceptions
- Due to the low cost of the rooms - No Discounts on Rates
- Day rooms are available From 06:00 to 23:59. Day room rates are the same as nightly rates - to book a day room please book 1 night - in the comments section write day room and the applicable times.
- You must make payment for rooms booked on this site at the time of booking and you agree to make payment via a debit to your nominated credit card. The amount debited will be the amount shown on our Thaiepay booking page prior to you clicking the "Submit Now" button on that page.
- If you are a plane spotter requiring access to view the planes, please mention in the comments section - this service is exclusive to this website.
- A minimum of 7 days notice is required for cancellations or amendments. Cancellations or amendments made within 7 days of the check in time forfeit the full amount of the 1st night.
- A no show will be charged for the full amount of the 1st night.
- Breakfast - If you require Breakfast this will need to be arranged and paid for direct at the restaurant.
- Our booking forms are all checked and accredited and fit for the purpose. The guest (or individual making the booking)is fully responsible for the accuracy for content of their booking &details submission - we accept no responsibility for any error(s) made by the guest(or individual making the booking).
- Refunds for paid bookings on this website will be minus 500 Bt to cover the Admin cost of transfering monies back to guests account.
- Third party advertisements and links to other sites where goods or services are advertised are not endorsements or recommendations by this website of the third party sites, goods or services. Your access to or use of them is at your own risk.
